CIOCCOPERA-PREPARATION WITH PEAR AND COCOA
Cioccopera is a new product, conceived and produced in our preserving laboratory, starting with seasonal pears, peeled one by one by hand and cooked with a small addition of cane sugar and finally mixed with cocoa, so as to obtain a healthy spreadable cream.

Ingredients: pears (69%), cane sugar, lemon juice, cocoa (1.7%).
